About Us

Our founder, J. Alan Bozeman, is a decorated United States Army Veteran, having served as an Infantry Officer with two combat tours in Iraq and Kuwait. He left the Federal Government after a successful career with the Department of Veterans Affairs, culminating as a member of the Senior Executive Service (SES),  His signature achievement was managing the highly successful Veterans Benefits Management System Program Management Office which was the cornerstone of the Department of Veterans Affairs transformation efforts.

 After his retirement in 2013, he  pursued his dream of owning his own business. He  founded The Bozeman Group LLC, which provides project management services, specializing in nonprofit organizations. CodeBright Solutions was formed in 2016 as a subsidiary of The Bozeman Group to offer additional web design and digital marketing services to clients.
